Hays Human Resources are currently recruiting a Senior HR Administrator for a well established commercial organisation in Lincoln.
Reporting in to the HR Manager, this individual will have a key role to play in the HR department and will offer a generalist service to the organisation
Key duties will include:
- Recruitment Coordination
- Conducting all pre-employment checks
- Dealing with all HR correspondence
- Working on the new HRIS system
- Supporting the HR Manager in disciplinary/grievance meetings
- Maintaining the HR section of the company intranet
- Reviewing and updating current policies and procedures The ideal candidate will hold the CPP qualification (or equivalent)
You will have practical experience of offering support to managers on employee relation issues
You will be a strong administrator with experience of using an HR database, you will demonstrate a desire to make a difference, be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills
