You will act as the functional lead on all change projects, ensuring that project teams are led to meet agreed time scales. The Responsibilities Responsible for varying types and sizes of implementation and transformation project teams, you will manage project life cycles, ensuring that the team is performing and supporting to their agreed levels of service during the process. You will work with clients acting as the main ambassador for the organisation on site and ensuring that processes are successful from business analysis right through to hand over. You will drive improvement processes, ensuring that you understand the competitor base in to develop specialist knowledge in business sectors and technological advances in order to advise and guide the sales and product development teams. The Professional You will be an experienced transformation project manager, with a proven track record in product and service delivery within a client-facing role. You will have the skill and communication skills to manage client relationships and have the ability to negotiate. You will be an excellent people manager with the ability to set targets and delegate within a project environment.
