Our client is a leading Professional Services organisation, who have had considerable success and a global set up. They are looking for an experienced interim/contractor manager who will be responsible from a HR perspective for all contractors within the company. The role will sit within the experienced hire team and it is a permanent position. This team owns and manages the engagement and maintenance of temporary resources across the Firm. This particular role is to deputise for the Head of Contractor Management in managing the provision of a commercially driven and risk aware service. This person will be responsible for (but not limited to): devising and managing process improvement projects raising the visibility, profile and position of the Contractor Management service manage commercial liaisons with recruitment agencies and the preferred supplier relationship Experience of temporary recruitment, which as a specialist area of the recruitment team is essential for this role, including market knowledge of the contractor industry. Other preferred skills include: Excellent IT and project management skills Strong team leading/supervisory skills, including team development Excellent influencing and communications skills Risk Management skills/awareness Understanding of procurement and contractual arrangements If you have considerable experience of working with contractors or interim professionals within a blue chip or professional services firm, please apply to this job by submitting your CV.
