My client, a household brand Internet Firm, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to work as part of the European Payroll Team, reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, to be responsible for running the Payroll for approximately 130 employees across four separate payrolls in Sweden as well as full Pension administration. The payroll administrator for Sweden is also responsible for all other payroll related matters such as monitoring home computers (Hem PC) and all matters relating to company cars. Responsibility is also for the completion of month/year end processes, making the local tax and social security declarations and ensuring the payment of all payroll related taxes to an agreed timetable. In addition to the administration of the Swedish payrolls, the role is responsible for reviewing the monthly payroll journals from all countries within EMEA. The successful candidate will work within a pressurised and demanding environment, working very closely with the Payroll Manager as well as the Swedish HR Manager and the HR Administration Team based in Poland. The successful candidate must be completely fluent in Swedish with excellent spoken and written English, have a minimum of 2 years payroll experience particularly in Sweden. You will also have a strong knowledge and experience of Collective Agreements in Sweden, knowledge of payroll computer packages and providers, specifically Hogia Lon Plus and advanced Excel skills.
