Graduate Recruitment Coordinator - Southeast London - 35 - 45k + bens

My Client, a top tier bank has a current requirement for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their large HR team, and help with the campus recruitment programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with the graduate recruitment process of a leading financial services organisation, where your main duties will be to help coordinate the activities of the graduate recruitment team, whilst supporting recruiters.

You will also be heavily involved with coordinating and organising campus events for target universities.

The ideal candidate will be of degree calibre and will have previous experience in a graduate recruitment programme within a large financial services organisation, large corporate firm or professional services environment.

Ideally candidates will have experience working within the investment banking arena, although this is not essential.

This is a great chance to gain exposure in a top tier bank, where there is a great deal of chance to progress within a large team.
