Get into HR! This is a rare opportunity to join a large US law firm as a HR Administrator. You’ll be reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with all members of the HR team. Your role will be largely administrative and will provide you with a fantastic foundation to further your career in HR in the future. Duties will include distributing incoming CVs and maintaining the recruitment database, taking part in inductions and leaving interviews, maintaining personnel files, liaising with recruitment agencies and other external providers, taking notes at meetings, tracking absence and leave, and booking rooms etc for training courses. HR or recruitment administration experience would be a bonus for this role, but if you have strong administrative experience within any professional industry (e.g., law firm, investment back etc) and can demonstrate your keen interest in a career within HR, then we need to see your CV.
