Job Description
You will provide efficient and timely HR customer service to the business, and high quality administrative support to the HR function.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR Business Partner and HR Consultant as required
• Document production relating to employee changes, such as promotion/ transfer letters, end-of-probation administration, leaver letters, retirement, redundancies, etc including all payroll notifications
• Accurate and up to date records management, particularly in relation to employee personnel files. Filing of document production, such as salary review/bonus letters, Employee Performance Appraisal forms, departmental attendance sheets, sickness record, invoices
• Support the HRBP's with full administration support throughout the compensation processes, producing spreadsheets for the bonus and salary review rounds and co-coordinating submissions
• Act as the central point for the team for absence management, ensuring attendance sheets are submitted by each of the client groups and highlighting any potential absence issues to the HRBP's. Supporting the HRBP's in managing long term disability
Our client is looking for a;
• Well organised, proactive with exceptional client servicing skills. The ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and tasks at any one time. Strong focus on deadlines.
• Professional approach, excellent verbal and written communications skills and be numerate, and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a team and have self initiative is essential.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• You will have worked in a similar position ideally in the financial services and want to continue providing excellent HR support to the team.
