HR Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to work for AVM, the UK's leading Audio Visual systems integrator and service provider, in the HR Department. Based at the Head Office you will be providing the 1st point of contact for employees located throughout the UK
Supporting the HR Manager and Senior Management this varied role with include:
Recruitment
Producing job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, short-listing CVs, taking part with interviewing candidates.
Prepare all necessary paperwork including employment contracts, conducting reference checks and carrying out inductions.
Payroll
Collating & calculating information for the managed monthly payroll.
Co-ordinating the timely delivery with the external payroll company.
General
Maintaining the HR database and personnel files, including variations in contract due to TUPE.
Updating holiday & absence database.
Organising company meetings & annual social events.
General HR Administration.
Ad-hoc PA duties for CEO.
The candidate:
The successful candidate will be pro-active and dynamic, possess a keen eye for detail, strong administrative and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work and excellent communication skills. HR Administration experience is essential.
