This is a rare opportunity to join a large US law firm as a HR Administrator/secretary. You'll be reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with all members of the HR team. Your role will be largely administrative and will provide you with a fantastic foundation to further your career in HR in the future. Duties will include distributing incoming CVs and maintaining the recruitment database, maintaining personnel files, liaising with recruitment agencies and other external providers, taking notes at meetings, tracking absence and leave, and booking rooms etc for training courses. HR administration/secretarial experience within a law firm is preferred along with 60 wpm, Word, Excel and HR database experience.
