My client is an international bank looking to recruit a HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will have some experience working within the HR sector, will be professional and polished yet be keen to contribute ideas to teams. If you are serious about your HR career, have an inquisitive mind and like to work hard but question approaches then this is the opportunity for you. The bank is currently undergoing massive restructure, therefore this is a perfect opening to join a team that will only continue to grow, career progression is thus good.
Day to day roles will include:
1) Working alongside the HR manager on HR Intranet projects
2) Facilitating the recruitment process, this will include involvement with new graduate starters, internships and international trainees
3) Updating attendance records
4) Ensuring medical clearance
5) Performance Management, including sickness ,absence, disciplinary and grievance
6) Providing general support to the team on an ‘ad hoc’ basis.
If you have some financial HR experience this is advantageous but by no means essential. This role is advertised as a 6 month contract role, however, if you impress there is definite potential for permanent employment. Aside from this, financial HR experience gained from this role will considerably strengthen your CV for future applications to financial organisations.
