You will provide administrative support to People & Development Managers within the Human Resources team for specified internal groups and to be involved in ad hoc projects. You will be required to maintain up-to-date, complete and accurate information on the employee database, produce standard letters/correspondence throughout recruitment process: offer letters; references; starter letters and will need to liaise with recruitment agencies and arrange interviews. You will be responsible for producing acknowledgement of resignation letters for leavers and arranging exit interviews for leavers and calculating their outstanding holidays. This role will also involve processing incoming invoices and diary management work.
Our client is seeking candidates with 2-3 years experience within a professional services environment, strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise, juggle tasks and work under pressure. You will need to be able to work on own initiative but within a team environment and have Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
