HR ANALYST £30,000 LONDON
Are you a HR Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you have an analytical mind? Are accurate and organised? If you answer yes to ALL of these questions then this could be the role for you.
My client are a London based insurance syndicate and they are seeking a HR Analyst to join the HR function of this professional and dynamic company. The purpose of the role is to provide operational support to the HR department and senior management. Acting as a systems, data and administrative focal point.
Duties will include reviewing, monitoring and documenting the effectiveness of internal HR processes. Conduct salary surveys as well as assisting in the salary review process, You will manage the improvements to the HR systems and maintain the Key Performance Indicators.
As the ideal candidate for the role you will have a professional outlook, be flexible, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team.
