HR Executive / HR Officer

We are seeking a HR Executive to provide support to the HR Business Partner in the delivery of daily HR operational & administrative activity, ensuring employees within BLL receive a professional & timely service.
The Role:
• To provide full HR administrative support to the HR Business Partner and Business Link London as a whole, liaising closely with the HR Shared Services function within Serco.
• There is a strong focus on coordination and process management, and since this role will be the main first point of HR contact internally and externally, it requires excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Responsibilities are wide-ranging, from assisting with recruitment activities, managing personnel files, and diverting incoming enquiries, to coordinating payroll, managing purchase orders and divisional budgets, and taking part in implementing relevant projects and policies.
• Act as deputy & provide cover for the HR Business Partner during times of leave &/or absence
• Support the Learning & Development Manager in delivering induction training & co-ordination of learning & development activities, including course bookings, delegate nominations & maintenance of schedules
• Take ownership for internal recruitment administration, liaising with the HR Shared Service where appropriate

Skill and Experience Required:
• You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised, a competent HR Administrator and Advisor, and have an absolute respect for confidentiality.
• Ideally, due to the operational nature of the role, you will be either Grad CIPD or studying for a CIPD qualification.
