The successful candidate for this Financial Services organisation in the City of London will be looking after the European Offices and will be accountable for:
HR - across European operations
Dealing with general HR day-to-day issues
Policy formulation and implementation
Substantial project management in a wide range of areas
Report writing, analysis of data, producing management information The successful candidate will have:
Strong background in providing HR support with a fast-paced, and ever-changing business environment
Proven track record in integrating HR into an organisation
Strong knowledge of providing HR support within a regulated sector ideally financial services
Conversant with HR strategy, policy, practice and processes within a substantial operation
Strong expertise in presentations, interviewing and negotiations
