HR Manager (London Office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR person to join Scott Dunn in our London office to look after all HR matters relating to UK employees. You will be based in our London office with travel to our Chichester office at least twice a month.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process for all UK vacancies; interviewing with Managers; manage the new starter process, induction and training; manage the annual appraisal system; update and maintain the HR database and the recruitment microsite; update company policies and procedures and ensure best practice at all times, whilst abiding by UK employment law. You will also be responsible for looking after the welfare of the staff in both offices and all HR administration. In addition to your HR responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the office management of our London office.
We are looking for a proactive and extremely organised person with a hands on approach. You must have the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team working towards a common goal. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritise and use your initiative is paramount. Knowledge of UK employment law and experience in recruitment and selection is essential. You must have at least two years HR experience and an HR qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits include discounted private health, pension contributions, travel insurance and the salary for the role is £24,000-27,000 per annum depending on experience.
