Job Description
To assist the PA, Finance Director and HR Consultant to review and update existing HR policies and practice, implementing new processes as appropriate.
1. Assist with reviewing existing HR data, processes, practices and documentation
2. Assist in developing and implementing an efficient employment process and records
3. In line with priorities set by the PA, FD and HR Consultant, assist in developing and implementing HR policies and practice in the following areas;
Recruitment and exit
Absence
Benefits and rewards
Induction
Performance Management
Employee Relations
Employee Communication
4. Assist in providing advice and guidance to management and staff on the above matters.
Certificate level HR qualification is desirable
Experience of administering HR processes and procedures on all (or the majority of) the topics listed under Key Responsibilities above is essential
Experience of contributing to developing new HR processes and procedures would be an advantage
Experience of working in a small/medium sized fast moving, demanding, changing environment
Strong administration skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage working time efficiently
Ability to handle HR issues with individuals in a professional manner
Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
A leisure organisation in West London.
Circa £15 an hour.
