Our client is a leading investment bank based in central London looking to recruit an experienced HR assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Shared Service team at the start of its new development, thus being part of creating the new culture and aiding its development and implementation into the prestigious business.
You will be the first point of contact for all employee relations, manage the new joiner process and provide vital management reports. Other responsibilities include conducting one on one walk in clinics giving face to face advise and guidance. Thus the successful candidate must be credible, demonstrate initiate and apply sound judgement.
This is a superb opportunity to progress your career within a world leading investment bank. Financial experience and prior Shared Service experience preferable.
