An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, HR professional with FS HR experience to join a hard-working, friendly HR team set within the investment banking arm of a leading FTSE 100 Org as an HR officer.
Do you have a real passion to progress your HR career within one of the worlds leading banks? If you are ambitious, a strong academic achiever, superb communicator with solid HR experience seeking a new challenge in a true generalist HR post then this is the step for you.
Working alongside a HR Manger supporting a large client group your remit will be large and varied. Core responsibilities include acting as the first POC for HR advisory issues, Performance management and L&D, compensation reviews along with exciting ‘ad hoc’ project work.
