Have you experience supervising a Shared Services or HR Operation team?
We have a fantastic opportunity within a superb organisation where you will have unrivalled opportunities for development.
This role is responsible for supervision of a team of HR support staff, operating in a structured environment to provide transactional and first line advisory support for a wide variety of HR activities.
The Team Leader will have primary responsibility for ensuring that the service provided to its clients by the team conforms with the SLAs, following the agreed processes, procedures and guidelines and is judged to be best practice.
This will include the supervision of the HR Operational Service team so that they are motivated and deliver high levels of service. The Team Leader will be responsible for tracking and implementing training and development of each member of the team to ensure all team members provide consistent levels of support, advice and client service.
You will also deputise for the HR Operations Manager where necessary or appropriate.
