This blue-chip organisation with over 20,000 employees in the UK and 100,000 globally are looking for an experienced HRIS specialist who can work on the HR information systems implementation globally. The organisation is about to implement a new global HRIS system and therefore this role will be focusing on building relationships both within HR and their IT departments to pull together local data and drive the process re-design so the new HRIS system can work effectively across all regions. This role requires a Human Resources professional, who has worked on an HRIS system implementation globally. As part of the HR Compensation and Benefits team, the new system will play an integral part of the new global and performance management process for the top 3,000 people globally. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a big change project and be a key player in the implementation and role out of HR information systems globally.
