Job Description

Office Assistant - South West London - £19k

Established client within the South West London area is currently recruiting for a professional, thorough, and enthusiastic individual to join their existing office team. Duties of the role will include:

· Liaising internally with employees, suppliers and clients on the telephone

· Managing phone system on reception

· Meeting and greet guests & visitors

· Delivering incoming post to the correct person/department

· Collecting outgoing post from each department & collating for the postal service to collect

·Arrange local and overseas couriers

· Order Stationery and various other products

· Various other admin duties

The successful candidates must possess the following skills/experience

· Previous experience within a similar role

· Organised

· Customer focused
