Our client, a leading international law firm have an opportunity for an experienced and well qualified professional PA to support the HR Director. As the key contact point on behalf of the HR Director you will take concise detailed messages, manage all communications efficiently, arrange the HR Directors diary and ensure the work schedule is manageable. You will have the ability to determine which meetings need to be prioritised and will pick up and work on a number of projects to assist the HR Director. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, combined with a professional manner and good work ethic. Previous PA / diary management experience is essential within a professional services environment.
