Professional Development & Training Associate Europe
Central London
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Associate to join our Talent Management team. The position is based in our London office with responsibility for client groups across our European offices (Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Paris and Rome).
The role is newly created to provide additional local support for the evolution and delivery of all aspects of development, talent management and vendor management at both a strategic and operational level. This is an opportunity to create, shape and develop a position whilst interacting with global Talent Management colleagues to impact the professional development function.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Identify and assess training requirements, develop content, identify and manage external vendors and internal trainers.
*Design, develop and deliver both operational and strategic learning agenda for UK and European offices from scratch.
*Implement, coordinate and manage European induction for new consulting staff.
*Develop and implement professional development plans for consulting staff.
*Manage performance evaluation process.
*Help prepare European training budget.
We are seeking candidates who have:
Proven experience in training and performance management in a professional services firm. Graduate or graduate calibre; ideally with a post graduate degree and CIPD qualification preferred.
Exceptional writing, management, organisational and communications skills. Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy is crucial. Ability to work on multiple detailed projects simultaneously as well as operating in a changing and sometimes un-structured environment.
An engaging, confident and credible manner with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employee. An independent, high-energy, and poised self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is adept at anticipating and planning for deadlines and able to work effectively in a global company. Willing to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
