If you are looking for a high level role that offers both diversity and interest, look no further. This highly regarded US client is keen to attract candidates with a minimum of three years secretarial/administration experience within a law firm to support the Director of Administration (DoA) with various administration projects including office space planning, suggesting and initiating office-wide procedural changes to simplify work flow to maximise service to Lawyers/clients, diarising all appointments on both a business and personal basis for the DoA, taking minutes at meetings, handling staff holiday charts etc. You will also be working for the HR Officer and HR Assistant and handling their schedules - which will no doubt be complex! - along with in-depth itineraries for many meetings/interviews and accompanying presentation material. The ideal candidate will be a confident, articulate and professional secretary from a law firm (although not a legal secretary) whilst displaying a proactive work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
