The company currently has an opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join the team to provide an excellent HR administration service to all Head Office and Store Management employees. Within the role you will provide advice and resolve queries where possible while completing various HR duties including absence data, additional hours, contractual changes and issuing and letters where appropriate and ensure receipt of signed copies. You will process leavers and new starters, including updating Peoplesoft and dispatching final payslips & P45s as required. Above all you must provide a confidential and discreet service while playing your part in ensuring that the HR department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Our client is looking for a proactive and self motivated team player with previous experience of working within an administrative environment. Previous HR experience is ideal and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload and liaise confidently with people on all levels are also very important qualities. A good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Peoplesoft are essential for this role.
