Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join this market leading organisation in their Shared Service Team. You will be responsible for providing a centralised high quality and consistent service to all employees, managers and HR Managers by answering and facilitating the resolution of all queries relating to HR. You will maintain and develop HR processes for the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience within a HR role, preferably within an operational environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of employment law, health and safety legislation and current HR policies. You should have a good knowledge of Windows, Oracle Applications and other IT systems. Minimum education of A C grades at GCSE required (including Maths and English) Reference - C-LC-76935
