Our client is a leading recruitment firm with a large number of offices across the UK. Due to growth and expansion nation wide, an excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a HR Business Partner operating out of their North London office. The role will be highly autonomous and will report directly into the Head of HR. You will get involved in all generalist operational and strategic HR initiatives for the North London office which currently totals circa 900 staff across both their recruitment and support functions. You will be an experienced, CIPD Qualified HR Manager / Business Partner level professional with broad generalist expertise gained in commercial environments in your career to date. This is a newly created role which is due to start a.s.a.p. Salary wise it will pay up to £40K depending on experience and suitability for the role.
