As HR Administrator for this well-known Business Services provider, you will be an intrinsic part of the HR team, providing support for the HR Manager in a busy and commercial environment, duties will include;
•Supporting the HR Manager and team from an administrative point of view
•Providing 1st line support of policies and procedures
•Assisting with recruitment, selection and training administration
•Managing the diary of senior HR management
•Maintenance of personnel files and tracking of absence
Previous HR administration experience is essential as is experience of working in a team. Strong communication skills are necessary as this role involves liaising at all level of management. You must also be proficient in IT packages, particularly Microsoft office.
This role is working for a well-known organisation in the Manchester area and offers a varied and interesting role in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
