Job Description

Interim Human Resources Assistant reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Based in Preston for large Housing Association, covering a period of 6months. A generalist looking to further develop their HR skills. Assisting the HR team and reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will have thedrive to work both autonomously and proactively as part of the team. Because this role will involve a full remit of HR activities you will have a confident ability within the following areas:
Managing complex administration processes
Managing payroll systems
Formatting & prepping all written correspondence
Acting as a first point of contact for all employee enquiries
Updating reports
