Human Resources Assistant required to work in a proactive role within a developed HR team. The role will entail providing advice and guidance to line mangers, administering new starter and leavers, assisting on project work and providing support to the HR Manager. An exciting opportunity for someone with HR experience that wants the next step up and some good exposure to some project work. The successful applicant will be someone who has worked as a HR assistant and has knowledge and experience of supporting a HR team, of dealing with managers and advising them accordingly, and of amending personnel details. You will have an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work, be very personable and be able to build relationships with people of all levels. The company recruiting are based in Nottinghamshire and can offer support, guidance and training to the right candidate. They are very profitable and have a steady growth pattern.
