HR Officer

Our client is a new and innovative contract pharmaceutical development company.
They are currently looking to appoint a HR Officer to support their Head Office in Nottingham. The post is highly responsible, leading the effective management and coordination of the teams administrative and HR processes. Your main responsibilities will include providing day-to-day HR advice to employees, issuing employment documentation in a timely manner, ensuring sickness; holiday and non-attendance records are updated, maintaining staff handbooks and health and safety records and creating training records for staff inductions. This role will require you to arrange external and internal client visit's, implement improvements and generate and update company documents and reports.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar administrative role, having strong organisational skills and a flexible and adaptable personality that can thrive in a busy environment. The ability to plan ahead, prioritise, delegate and work under pressure to meet deadlines is critical. The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
