Job Description

HR Administrator (13 month FTC) – Oxfordshire – competitive salary plus benefits – Ref 5484

Our client is a well established worldwide management consultancy which has ambitious growth plans in Europe over the next few years. To enable them to do this they need an enthusiastic HR Administrator to be involved in all aspects of the HR/Recruiting function working closely with colleagues in Europe.

The role will involve a wide range of responsibilities including organising interviews, reviewing CVs, support of recruitment events, updating various departments with employee information, and answering queries from employees and managers.

This is an exciting period for the company and you must be driven to help them succeed in these objectives. The successful candidate must be able to interact and communicate well at all levels and have the drive and initiative to join this friendly team. There will be occasional travel to the London office. The role is varied and would suit someone who enjoys organising and interacting with candidates, colleagues and suppliers, and you must have excellent communication and MS Office skills.

They offer in return a competitive salary and the benefits package consists of BUPA for self and family, pension (3% contributory), 25 days holiday, long term disability allowance, life Assurance and 40 hour working week.
