HR Advisor (administration & processes) – Oxford - £16,000 - £19,000 plus benefits – Ref 5733
This is an interesting role where the focus is on HR administration, working for a large organisation based in Oxford.
You will be providing first line support for managers, business partners and staff as well as maintaining administration processes, practices and systems to ensure the effective and efficient execution of duties.
Involved in the role is the input of data into the HR SAP system accurately; being the first point of contact for the HR Helpdesk; providing first line advice to managers; the upkeep of the data protection policy; and administering employment references and associated documentation.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, and be computer literate in terms of packages and systems. You should have a customer service background, and it is essential to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to plan your workload.
