Job Description

HR Business Manager - Admin & Processes – Oxford – up to £37,500 plus benefits – Ref 5740

Our client, a major employer in Oxfordshire, is now looking for a senior appointment for all HR Admin queries for their Business Division with full responsibility for all contractual changes, starters and leavers paperwork.

The HR Business Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of the HR Advisors on the division and provide coaching and mentoring for the team; the provision of employment law and procedural advice to Business Division HR Operations team and line managers; customer relationship management and escalation responsibility; and the maintenance of and adherence to HR Processes and procedures.

To be considered you will typically be educated to degree level or equivalent with a relevant industry qualification. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of employee relations and employment legislation and have a proven ability in building good working relationships with others. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and have strong oral and written skills.
