HR Coordinator – Oxford - up to £21,000 – Ref 5885

We have just registered an excellent new vacancy working for a successful Oxfordshire publisher. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a unique opportunity at an exciting time for the organisation, so it represents an excellent opportunity for development for the successful candidate.

The purpose of this position is to provide high level administrative support for the Human Resources Team, and to be the first point of contact for Human Resources for clients across the business and to provide excellent customer service.

You will be providing support to the HR team by undertaking recruitment related projects and day to day work which includes Starter and Leaver and Contractual administration, Occupational Health/Health and Safety administration and co-ordination; Benefits, HR/Payroll and Learning & Development administration and co-ordination, and HR System Management.

To be considered you will have excellent administrative experience in a busy, customer-focused environment with intermediate level Microsoft Office skills. You should be a good organiser and planner, with influencing and decision making skills and be able to respond positively to change and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when confronted with the need for change. Your CPP or equivalent would be desirable, as would experience of working with HR Systems.
