Recruitment Advisor – Oxford - up to £24,000 plus benefits – Ref 5831
We have now registered a challenging opportunity for someone looking to further their career within recruitment.
The Recruitment Advisor will not only be supporting the recruitment function for the business, but also be involved in relevant media, campaigns, events and direct recruitment activities. Your tasks will encompass the following:
•Full responsibility for Recruitment co-ordination using the company IT systems
•Research and support of competitor analysis, market trends and interview statistics/details
•Responsibility for online advertising include company intranet, website search engines as well as research and communication of new online media options and effectiveness
•Assistance in pre-vetting of all applications, database tracking and initial short-listing
•Recruitment event organising and co-ordination including attendance of events where applicable and liaising with the business and external parties
The successful applicant will be a strong administrator who can work under pressure and can multi-task, with experience of managing recruitment agencies and interviewing. You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and have a flexible approach.
