Job Description
Our client, based in Surrey is looking for an HR Consultant to complete the following duties:
• Manage employment issues and cases.
• Manage maternity cases, including Health and Safety assessment, advising on rights, determining and advising on entitlements.
• Participate in HR projects and run HR projects under direction.
• Handle new recruitments : levelling, obtaining benchmarking, briefing recruiters.
The successful HR Consultant will posses the following qualities:
• A proven generalist background.
• Strong knowledge of main areas of UK employment law (e.g. maternity, redundancy, employment protection.)
•Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•The ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.
Our client is a global organisation, and a market leader in its field.
11 months. Circa £22 per hour.
