Our client, based in the Thames Valley region is looking for an HR Officer to complete the following duties:• Assistance with the development and review of employment policies/procedures.• Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters and other contractual paperwork as required.• Managing the relationship with the Payroll provider to run the monthly payroll and all related payroll reports including, end of year reports.• All administrative duties relating to employee relations, recruitment, and training.
The successful HR Officer will possess the following qualities:• A generalist background.• Up to date understanding of employee relations.• An understanding of the recruitment process.• Good administrative qualities.
Our client is a software company based in the Thames Valley region.
3 months. £17 per hour.
