Role Overview:

The HRC Administrator works as part of a team onsite at Cisco within the Human Resources department. The role is to provide quality customer service by ensuring HR Compliance is met by the organization and to resolve routine HR issues through inbound calls, on-line or written requests. After mastering the role, the incumbent will be asked to sit on HR work groups to create best practice in a variety of HR areas.

Responsibilities:

•Conduct Compliance checks and answer questions on talent resourcing systems.
•Works closely with the HRC, recruitment and data teams.
•This contact would be via the phone and through a web-based case logging system.
•Identifies trends and recommends solutions to problems identified.
•Partners with team to research and address, on a case-by-case basis, the immediate needs of employees, management and HR teams.
•Makes timely and sound decisions using pre-defined guidelines.
•Researches all necessary information and asks necessary questions to make an appropriate assessment before making a decision.
•Accept cases and calls as they present themselves. Cases will come in via email, phone and the web. They need to be answered by phone and/or email.
•Meeting agreed service levels to provide excellent customer service.
•Make outbound calls / email as required for follow up or proactive cases
•Identify processes that may be streamlined to increase productivity and provide quality customer service
•Provide feedback to Contact Centre Manager or other Human Resource Managers on issues that may jeopardize employee service.
•Ensure product knowledge on tools and procedures is kept up to date.
•Take all opportunities to promote the HR on-line tools within the organisation.
•Ensure the team and web-site information and knowledge is up to date.
•Excellence in follow up, customer service provision and accuracy in detail are essential for this role.

•Keyboard skills - at least 35wpm
•Internet and computer literacy
•Excellent telephone and written communication skills
•Excellent Customer Service skills
•Strong organisational skills
•Conflict resolution experience
•Team player
•Adaptable and flexible approach to work
•Key attention to detail
•Self-starter and good problem solving skills
•Desire and interest to progress in HR
