HR Administrator - 12 month contract
My client a well known charity is looking for a proactive HR assistant for a 12 month interim contract. The focus of the role is to deliver an efficient and timely professional HR Service to all internal client and work closely with team colleagues to enable excellent customer service. Building on existing skills the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the HR database (and manual files) in relation to posts and staff within the organisation and appropriate notification to Payroll. Duties will include: accurately inputting information relating to new posts, starters and leavers onto their database system, calculating any changes to salary, issuing contractual change letters or letters of notification to staff and ensuring all manual files are accurate and up to date at all times. The successful candidate will also be able to field HR queries from national and regional management in appropriate areas of employment practice or contractual issues, liaising with the HR Administration & Systems Officer to facilitate an early response. The post will involve end to end recruitment ensuring all vacancies are advertised and potential candidates are sent application packs in a timely and professional manner. Ideally the successful candidate should be part CIPD qualified and have prior experience working as an HR Administrator.
