HR Co-ordinator – Payroll & Benefits
My client, a world famous voluntary youth organisation, are currently recruiting a HR Co-ordinator to assist the Head of HR and HR Advisor to ensure the provision and operation or an efficient HR service with particular emphasis on Payroll and Benefits.
Duties for the HR Co-ordinator include:
Payroll
- Inputting monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Preparation of the weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy
- Preparing letters for pay increases and contact amendments
Benefits
- Prepare sickness reports
- Responsible for the administration of all Family Friendly, and in particular Maternity and Paternity, procedures
- Produce all relevant documentation and letters in connection with the above
- Administer all requests for benefits such as Child Care Vouchers and Ride to Work and Season Ticket Loans
General
- Maintain employee records
- Prepare various HR documentation and reports
- Act as first point of contact for queries
- Undertake or assist with any ad hoc HR projects
- Update the HR Intranet
