Job Description

My client, a household brand Internet Firm, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist with the Payroll of approximately 1,100 employees across five separate payrolls in the UK. In addition to the administration of the UK payroll, the role is responsible for reviewing the monthly payroll journals from all countries within EMEA. The successful candidate will work within a pressurised and demanding environment, working very closely with the UK Payroll Supervisor as well as the Payroll Manager for EMEA. Responsibility is also for the completion of month/year end processes to an agreed timetable. You will have a minimum of 2 years payroll experience, particularly in the UK, as well as knowledge and proven experience of payroll computer packages, specifically ADP. You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to demonstrate problem resolution, along with advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
