Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator
Our not for profit sector client, situated in Victoria, seek to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator to be come an integral part of their Human Resources Department. The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of the Department in ensuring that the department provides a timely and efficient service with particular emphasis on Payroll and Benefits.
Main duties to include the accurate inputting of the monthly payroll, preparation of the weekly payroll handling any queries arising therefrom, preparing contract amendment and salary increase letters accordingly. On the benefits side you will prepare sickness reports, administer child care vouchers, season ticket loans and ride to work loans in liaison with the Finance Department, producing all relevant documentation and correspondence as required.
The successful candidate will have the ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures, possess excellent communication/IT skills, have the ability to investigate potential problems objectively and suggest appropriate solutions, as well as be at ease multi-tasking.
