This role will lead the HR administrative team to provide a professional, consistent and pro-active HR administrative service in line with the objectives of the business and legal requirements.
- Responsible for the performance of the administrative team to achieve the overall purpose of the role
- Responsible for the production, improvement and standardisation of all HR administration
- Processing of employee related schemes
- Ensure that the HR computer system is fully operational and maintained
- Develop and implement work flow processes for all HR procedures in accordance with the needs of the business and legal requirements
- Responsible for the continual auditing of HR information used in conjunction with payroll, the HR system etc
- To be the departments link between other functions regarding HR information (i.e. H&S, risk & insurance, pensions etc)
- Responsible for the creation of employment offers
- Management of all related H&S requirements i.e. that is, laundry, safety boots, accident reports
- Responsible for the production of all statistical information
- Responsible for ensuring the continuation of best practice in HR administration
