Our client is a UK leader and they currently have a need for an experienced HR Opperations Manager to manage their HR Shared Service function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Shared Services Professional to develop and grow a function. This role will see you working in partnership with the senior management to manage and improve all areas of the service centre. Managing a team you will be required to ensure all training and employer benefits are delivered to the business in a timely and effective manner. You will act as the key interface with strategic operational projects Ideal candidates will have proven experience of running a shared services centre for a public sector organisation. Strong people management and communication skills are key attributes for the right candidate. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level.
