Excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator, who is looking to develop their career in HR. The purpose of the role is to assist the HR Advisors and HR Managers, on a day to day basis and act as the first point of contact to employees and line managers. Responsibilities of the role will include: Act as first point of contact for all enquiries into the HR dept. Take ownership of the Learning & Development Course administration Provide administrative support to the flexible benefits scheme Provide administrative support to the full recruitment cycle Support HR projects as and when required Provide general administrative support to the HR department This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is able to demonstrate strong administrative skills as well as a genuine interest in HR.
