Excellent opportunity to work for a Market leading organisation, providing generalist HR support, as a HR Advisor.
The purpose of the HR Advisor role is to support the business in regards to all HR issues with some focus on employee relations.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Supporting line managers with disciplinary & grievance process
•Providing advice and support to employees on issues such as pay, maternity and sickness
•Assist in absence management and performance management
•Review and update HR policy and procedure accordingly
•Provide support to the recruitment function
•Provide support to the Learning & Development function
•Assist in various HR projects including salary reviews
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking for a generalist HR role where they can develop their knowledge of employee relations.
Successful candidates will ideally have either a CPP or a CIPD qualification and be able to demonstrate a passion for HR.
