Excellent opportunity to work for a market leading business, in a newly created and high-profile HR Analyst role.
The purpose of the role is to support the HR function with key business initiatives, identifying company trends.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this position is based in the HR team and the successful candidate will be working exclusively to support the HR function of the business.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Analysing HR data, including headcount, employee surveys, budgets, recruitment costs and company turnover.
•Work with company KPI's to produce qualitative and quantitative HR data
•Look at company trends and help to identify business risks
•Support the HR team in strategic business planning
This role is high-profile within the business as the successful candidate will be contributing to critical company decisions working alongside senior management.
The successful candidate must have experience working with and analysing large amounts of data as well as have an understanding of HR and the impact HR has within a business.
