Excellent opportunity to work for a market leading business in a HR Coordinator role.
Reporting into the HR Manager the purpose of the role is to provide a complete generalist HR service to the business, building strong relationships with both employees and line managers.
Responsibilities will include:
•Provide advice and guidance to employees and line managers on policy and procedure
•Assist in the recruitment process; advertising, arranging interviews, managing the offer process and giving feedback where appropriate.
•Ensure all new starter documentation is completed
•Ensure all leavers are processed within company guidelines
•Manage benefits administration
•Coordinate salary reviews
•Provide administrative support to the HR department
•Support HR projects when required
