Excellent opportunity to work for a market leading business in a HR Coordinator role. Reporting into the HR Manager the purpose of the role is to provide a complete generalist HR service to the business, building strong relationships with both employees and line managers. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop their career and can demonstrate a determination to succeed in a HR environment. Responsibilities will include: Provide advice and guidance to employees and line managers on policy and procedure Assist in the recruitment process; advertising, arranging interviews, managing the offer process and giving feedback where appropriate. Ensure all new starter documentation is completed Ensure all leavers are processed within company guidelines Manage benefits administration Coordinate salary reviews Provide administrative support to the HR department Support HR projects when required Successful candidates will be educated to degree level and be able to display a passion for HR through both hands on experience and qualifications.
